How to Track Your Order
- Order Confirmation Email: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of your purchase.
- Shipping Confirmation Email: Once your order has been dispatched to the carrier sorting facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Track Your Order: Click on the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email to view the latest updates on your package’s location and estimated delivery date. Alternatively, you can enter your tracking number below to get real-time updates.
Tracking Information
Please note that for some shipping companies, it may take several days for the tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@sneakagift.com.
Delivery Times
Shipping times vary by country or region. Below are our estimated shipping times:
- United States, Canada: 7-13 business days
- Australia: 10-21 business days
These estimates do not include our 2-5 day processing time. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that conditions beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, and other interruptions, can cause delays.
