Tracking Information

Please note that for some shipping companies, it may take several days for the tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@sneakagift.com.

Delivery Times

Shipping times vary by country or region. Below are our estimated shipping times:

  • United States, Canada: 7-13 business days
  • Australia: 10-21 business days

These estimates do not include our 2-5 day processing time. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that conditions beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, and other interruptions, can cause delays.
