How do I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our website, add the desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, then confirm your order.

How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our Order Tracking Page.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

How do I initiate a return? To start a return, you can either:
- Contact us at support@sneakagift.com.
- Log in to your account on our website using your purchase email address. A one-time PIN code will be sent to your email for access. Once logged in, you can view your orders and submit a return request. You will receive a notification once your return request is approved or declined.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@sneakagift.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Sneak a Gift covers the postage fee for returns of damaged or incorrect items.

Are there any items that cannot be returned? Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. For a full list of non-returnable items, please refer to our Return Policy.

How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary by country or region. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States, Canada: 7-13 business days.
- Australia: 10-21 business days.
- These estimates do not include our 2-5 day processing time.
