Order Processing and Tracking

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched to the carrier sorting facility, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please note that for some shipping companies, it may take several days for the tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Deliveries

Shipping times vary by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed. Below are our estimated shipping times:

  • United States, Canada: 7-13 business days
  • Australia: 10-21 business days

The days listed above are only estimates in business and working days and do not include our 2-5 day processing time. While we will do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered on time, Sneak a Gift cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control. These include required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, and other interruptions that can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Shipping costs for other regions will be calculated at checkout.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Sneak a Gift has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Sneak a Gift is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it and file a claim with the respective shipping carrier. Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests. We may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported in a timely manner.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. Sneak a Gift is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to retrieve it for an address change or issue a refund.
