Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and transportation costs unless otherwise specified.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:
- Limit on Free Returns: Free returns are limited to one per order or customer within a 30-day period.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags.
- Inspection and Approval: All returns are subject to inspection and approval before a refund is issued.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply for certain types of returns, such as “Changed my mind,” “Style,” “Color,” or “Others.”
To initiate a return, you can either:

- Log in to your account on our website using your purchase email address. A one-time PIN code will be sent to your email for access. Once logged in, you can view your orders and submit a return request. You will receive a notification once your return request is approved or declined.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers are responsible for all transportation and shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and transportation costs.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
